Neat Video is a video filter designed to reduce visible noise and grain in digital video sequences produced by digital video cameras, camcorders, TV-tuners, digitizers of film or analog video.

Neat Video efficiently reduces noise of the following types:

sensor noise produced by digital video capturing devices
grain visible in digitized film or analog video


Note: I tested this successfully with VirtualDub 1.8.8, Premiere Pro CS4, After Effects CS4, and Sony Vegas Pro Vegas Pro 8.0c Build 260. Did not test with Pinnacle Studio because I don't use it.
