2) install "idman60b"

3) Patch it, once you double click on the patch it'll ask you for the IDM.exe file, go to your program file and search for IDM and click on the IDM icon and you should be able to open your IDM from there. Not sure what the keygen is for so once patch is done, IDM can be used.
