Personal note: If you haven't tried out tofu in awhile you may want to give it a shot. I tried it years ago and it was quite foul, but recently I experimented with it and was extremely surprised by how delicious the salad I made was: Tofu Portobello Mushroom Salad. That recipe is not included in this DVD, but it did inspire me to obtain this DVD. I haven't had time to try any of the recipes from this DVD specifically, but from skimming the contents, they seem to be extremely easy and delicious (hopefully).
