- Replaced 47 models of cars and motorcycles
- Replaced on Russian arms
- Replaced the cops-bikers and rural cops, instead of them now Russian police
- Changed the texture of advertising billboards in the beach area of ‹‹Los Santos
- Replaced one radio station
- Completely changed the game menu, the introductory video and boot splash
- Added a Russian translation of the politically correct company Smarter Localization
