How to install:

-Open iTunes & connect your iPhone
-Click on the iPhone in iTunes
-Press shift on keyboard and click on restore or put iPhone on mode DFU and shift on keyboard + select file 3.1.3 Firmware.

Note: if the iPhone was already been jailbraked you don’t need to put it on DFU mode. If the iPhone isn’t jailbraked then you have to put him in DFU mode and restore it true iTunes.

If you don’t know how to put it in DFU you can check on youtube how to do it.

-Select the 3.1.3 Firmware and install it

Another update for iOS 4.3 Beta developers! Apple team has just released iOS 4.3 Beta 2 for developers.
In iOS 4.3 Beta 1, developers found out several new features. Now, one of the important features of this firmware, iPad Multi-touch gestures, will not be included in the final release of iOS 4.3

According to Apple team, these gestures were added to test the compatibility with different apps on iDevices. They might provide this feature in iOS 4.4 or maybe iOS 5, but we'll have to wait for them.

This feature will not be enabled in iOS 4.3 for customers, but we are providing this preview to gather input on how these gestures work with your apps.

The biggest new feature is multitasking, which Apple says is going to be the "best" implementation in the smartphone space, though it's obviously not the first. App switching is activated by double tapping the home button, which pulls up a "dock" of currently running apps, and Apple claims it can do this without hurting battery life or performance for the front app. Unfortunately, this multitasking won't be available for devices older than the 3GS and new iPod touch.
